At Yogara, we strive to offer the best service experience. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed in alignment with RBI guidelines for online transactions and industry best practices.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellation requests will be accepted only if made within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed, dispatched, or fulfilled.
- Orders once confirmed and processed by third-party vendors or shipping partners cannot be cancelled.
Non-Cancellable Products
- Certain items such as perishable goods (e.g., food items, herbal products, flowers) are not eligible for cancellation once shipped.
- Refunds or replacements for such items will be considered only if the product is damaged, defective, expired, or not as described.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify our customer support team at info@yogara.in within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The claim will be validated by our merchant/vendor partner, and if approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.
Refunds
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 6–8 working days.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider (PhonePe, PayU, etc.).
Services, Appointments & Digital Products
- No cancellations or refunds are permitted for digital services, workshops, class bookings, or online appointments once confirmed.
- However, in case of scheduling conflicts or errors, rescheduling the session is allowed once, subject to availability.
